Ideal Physical Therapy & Fitness is a state-of-the-art facility offering customized exercise programs under the guidance of our coaches, all included with your membership fee of just $59 per month. We also offer customized and proven techniques in nutrition, stretching, and personal training so that clients can achieve a healthier lifestyle forever. What’s more, we recently welcomed Sean Hallihan II MPT to our family. Hallihan brings 12 years of physical therapy experience to our club with a full-service rehabilitation program.
We believe there is a large segment of the population that is not being served by the current fitness centers and health clubs out there. These people may not feel comfortable exercising next to the fitness bunnies and muscle heads at the traditional gym. Even the gyms that promise no judgments aren’t always helpful and attentive to individual needs and abilities. You need to pay extra on top of your membership for a personal trainer to show you how to use the equipment. Even if you do pay for the trainer, once they show you what to do you are on your own unless you keep paying. Tom and Colleen Drummond created Ideal Physical Therapy & Fitness to meet the needs of this population.
They opened their first location in Pembroke, Massachusetts and have worked with more than 1500 clients since that time. Ideal Physical Therapy & Fitness was designed to address all components of a healthy lifestyle in a way that meets every client exactly where they are regardless of age, shape, size or fitness objectives. Each member is guided by a coach during every visit, ensuring that each step you take is bringing you one step closer to your goal! Through our guided program, you are never alone and never intimidated.
When you become a member of Ideal Fitness you will be greeted by name and treated like family. Your goals and results are just as important to us as they are to you. You will not have to figure out what you should do when you arrive. You will have a set workout scheduled and will be guided by your coach. If you have tried a traditional gym or weight loss program in the past and did not get the results you were looking for, “Get with the Program” Your success is our success.
